    Exclamation post labrum surgery cycling

hey guys, im 20 yrs old and no stranger to cycling, my first cycle was when i was 18 and a half and have it was a 14 week test/tren cycle, and i ran a couple of those. about 12 months ago i tore my labrum in both shoulder and my physical therapist informed me id be able to lift again come december and i was wondering what you guys would think would be a labrum friendly cycle to run? i havent touched a weight in 12 months, its been depressing watching my self wither away but i play collage football and need to gain my size back in a hurry what do you guys think?

nothing. You will end up hurting it again. Steroids dont build that and the extra strength and harder lifting on cycle you will end up damaging it again. I wouldnt doubt cycling to earlier caused your original tears

the mistakes i made before involved me being an idiot and maxing every freaking day, i had no one guiding me i was young and stupid i figured if i maxed every day id be as strong as possible, i would on avg do 30 sets of presses a workout on chest days all heavy and 14 sets of shoulder pressed using the 120lb dumbells with horrible form, this time around im doing things differently i was just wondering what cycles take the the least toll on the tendons

none. And your muscle growth and increase in strength from just starting to work out and going on cycle is going to be to much for your tendons and ligaments. Don't be stupid cause your impatient.

at your age you have a ton of gh. If you were 10 years older i would say it may help. But gh takes months to start working.

I took off an entire 18 months after my labral tear repair. It still doesn't feel anything like it did before surgery.

    When did you have surgery?

Well its plain to see.You dont learn from your mistakes. Not busting on you but that kind of injury takes a long time to heal.I know I had it done in 09.Just do wat your Doc says or you will mess it up.Just go to the injury section like I did.I was told of guys like you.And they all had one thing in common. They regretted it they had to have it redone.Slow down bro.
