Confused about hcg.

I am a little confused about how to use hcg properly. Here's what I got so far. I use it for the last three to four weeks on cycle.( which I am at four weeks till end now. Here's what gets me. Am I supposed to use nolva while using hcg? I have always been told to use nolva after all the esters have left my body. So do I use it at the same time or wait? And if I use it at the same time do I stop the nolva the same time as hcg and pick it up three weeks after my last test e shot? Any help would b great there seems to b alot of debate about this.

depends how much test you are using most dont need novla during.

HCG there is a walk through from swift0 all the information is there and very clear..

I'm on 700 a week of test, 450 deca and just finished 4 weeks of tbol. Where can I find this walkthrough? I've read that guy knows his stuff.

Use 250iu per week last 3-4 weeks of cycle than pct which is clomid and nova

That sounds like alot less then what I've read quite a bit. Is there a reason for that?
