First of all, im french Canadian. I am military and i do bodybuilding since 5years (2 years off-in for personal reasons). My first langage is french so please be patient if i do mistakes. I got a meso-ectomorph genetics, gains are hard to put on frame but i dont give up! I never had issue with fat so far, my body seem to hate it anyways. I am 22y.o, 5'11 and currently at 182 pounds (82.7kg). I dont have any idea what is my %bf, ill post a pic so if u could give me an estimate it will be appreciated!
I got 2 cycles under my belt. First cycle with winstrol only and the second one with a blend of Test e-c-p and dianabol. Im still on my second cycle btw, on week 8, gains are not what i expected so far. Im suspicious about my dianabol source because i didnt get any pounds from it, not even water retention or strengh. So i decided to start Anadrol to finish my cycle even if its not recommended... I dont fear liver toxicity because i doubt the dianabol was legit... Anyways here what my cycle look like.
-Week 1-12 (240mg every 4days): Testosterone Blend (300mg/ml - 100mg of Enantate, Cypionate and Propionate)
-Week 1-4 (4 tablets/day - 10mg) : Dianabol
-Week 7 (1 tablet/day - 50mg) : Anadrol
-Week 8-11 (2 tablets/day - 100mg) : Anadrol
Im currently taking novaldex 20mg a day, i got it from same source as my dianabol so i guess its not legit. I got small lumps under my nipples and after 1 week of novaldex, it doesnt seem to work... So i bought Letrozol from RUI, because i got my lumps since i used M1t couple years ago and it might work.
My nutrition is far from being perfect because im military so i cant eat 7 meals a day but i do my best to get a proper intake of calories and proteins. I eat egg white and oatmeal for breakfeast and meats, potatoes or rice or pasta for diner and super. I take 3 shakes of 46g of proteins isolate everyday.
I train 3days in a row, 1 day off, rinse and repeat. I dont really follow a workout routine on a 7days plan. I think i really train hard and effectively. Im still not sure if i over-train or not. I feel like doing 4exercises of 4sets for big muscles and 3exercises of 4sets for small muscle is not enough. So i aim for 5-4 exercises respectively.
I sleep 6-8 hours a night and sometimes 1hours in the day to lower cortisol levels.
I found that forum very useful and constructive about AAS so i decided to join it!
I gained only 2pounds so far since the beggining of the cycle. Here some pics, need work on legs!! Please tell me what %bf im at if u can.

Long term goals: Reaching at least 200 pounds, put som size on legs. All my left side is smaller and weaker, need work on that.
