Does T3 ,CLA,Frag...really help in fat burning....if so at what dose for each....
Im lifting 5x a week...eating right i believe and have a body fat of 14%...id like to get to 8% and i seem to b stuck. I also understand certain foods can aid in this process. What would they be? I relatively new to this. Am in a cutting cycle now. If its ok i can mention the gear I'm using. Thanks everyone for ur help.
