Gear or not, a lot of hard work was definitely put in.
Thats a great example of body recomposition. Ask him what he was on. I would cycle that.. Im sure he worked very hard on diet also
Who is to say its even legit?
The pics were horrible and there is no dating proof (newspaper date, etc).
And yeah, I would say that AAS and non-OTC fatburners were probably involved.

depends on diet and cardio routine. do the math here. if properly dieted you can effectivly and smartly lose 3 lbs of fat a week. now that is 12 a month times 3 which gives you what????? 36 lbs of fat lost. this is a huge ammount and if done right could have legitly been the 12 percent of fat he lost. i deal with this as a CT all of the time for family and friends and have cut myself and am almost done. if caloried and cardio correctly with a good weight program you would be amazed at what the body will do
