Hey every one Ive been lifting for about 4 weeks now and I think im ready for steroids.
Im 17, 6'2" and 159lbs.
My lifting routine looks like this,
Monday: 25 push ups, 15 jumping jacks, 3 minutes jump rope.
Tuesday: Rest
Wednesday: Rest
Thursday: Rest
Friday: 30 sit ups, 5 pull ups x2, 15 body squats.
Saturday: 5 minutes extreme cardio, 40 Push ups!!
Sunday: Rest
I take allot of creatine and NO XPLODE and Jack3d and trib650
I was going to take 500mg/week deca, 100mg Test E EOD, 400mg tren E2d.
Of course I will run Nolva for PCT, 20mg/10mg/5mg
