    p-mag?

    ok here’s my situation guys.. I’ve tried hdrol.. yielded no results.. I’ve tried mdrol… no results. I promise you that I know what I’m doing (taken 6 yrs to go from 130lbs to 165@ about 8-10%) and yes I have veins all over my abdominals, serratus, and shoulders in the mornings I’m not another fat guy who thinks he’s lean haha)

    anyways I’ve tried both compounds, always on their own, and they’ve killed my appetite, and yielded a couple pounds gained, but I was never leaner, so it wasn’t a recomp, which I would have been happy with.

    I want to give pmag a chance.. I’m hoping maybe it’ll be different. Was thinking something like

    pmag 50/75/75/75/75/100

    nolva 20/20/10/10

    Now I also have 50 pills of mdrol. i know the golden rule to never run 2 methyls.. hate that rule haha.. but i'll follow it

    goals would to be able to put on 10 solid pounds. training is actually switching up. for the longest time i hit a 5 day split. i'm trying a 3 on 1 off approach now. never more than 45 min in the gym. i just finished an 18 wk contest prep diet (didn't compete, just wanted to do it) with a very respected prep coach .. my macros started at about 375/275/45 and ended around 275/195/35. i feel i'm primed to grow.

    i thought about stacking pstanz with this but at having the purchase so much (since everyone doesn't feel a thing till they bump it to 300mg) i was searching for something else. i've read about m1,4add and actually have a bottle of that too (never used the stuff) but it being really wet it makes me nervous.

    PCT i would use a cort blocker starting on week 3 but other than that and my doses of nolva i'd have to read up

    Your problem is your diet. If you can't gain weight on Hdrol or Mdrol, then there's a MASSIVE problem in the amounts you're eating.
    Pmag is almost identical to Hdrol, so I'm not sure why you think it will be much different.
    Nolva 20/20/10/10 is common for Hdrol/Pmag.
    I've seen both 40/40/20/20 and 20/20/10/10 for Mdrol. Personally I'd use the former.
    Pstanz is a complete and total waste of money. Since you've got stronger PHs at your disposal, and do not appear to have any reservations about running strong methyls, I wouldn't even give Pstanz another thought.

    Seriously though, I'd be willing to bet my left nut that you're simply not eating enough.

    height 5'9
    bf - 3 pt caliper test has me at 4.. handheld electronic has me anywhere from 5-7... i'm guessing 8

    i agree on the pstanz being a waste of money.. however on the diet thing.. i have no trouble putting on weight (not always good weight.. been to 205 before.. wasn't pretty) and i'll put on weight all the way to a PH then suddenly my appetite will plummet... happens every time. simply trying to find a compound that doesn't destroy my appetite. was hoping pmag would treat me differently.. trust me i eat.. my diet has been on a spreadsheet for 2 yrs.. i'm fully aware of what i'm taking in and not assuming i'm eating enough like many do..

    Appetite shouldn't have much to do with your diet if you are bulking. Eat however much you need regardless.

    ever started sweating cause you were so full at breakfast and you're only halfway done with something you usually finish in 4 min? haha.. blows

    i'm fully confident i'll kill the food now .. even if god himself said he wouldn't allow it. i've been on a comp diet, i had one day (the entire time.. not per week) where i cheated for bfast and lunch.. and seriously that was it for 18 wks.. i could eat an elephant

    Yup. Actually, when I bulk, most of my meals are that way, to the point where I'm gagging when I force it down. Doesn't matter; I eat it all anyway

    but seriously it would be within the first cpl bites of breakfast.. it wasn't "as the day goes on or whatnot".. but anyways... what's the plan fellas.. pmag alone?

    MDROL is a pretty potent designer oral AAS. Ive seen some guys make nice gains in size and strength.
    First thing I would have to adjust would be diet and to see how you train.

    well my diet has basically been posted.. well macros.. here's the foods i've eaten, no exceptions.. the everything is weighed on a scale.. everything
    my macros started at about 375/275/45 (18 wks ago at beginning of cut at 193lbs) and ended around 275/195/35 (now at about 163lbs)
    protein- chicken breast, salmon, eggwhites, tilapia, whey
    fats- egg yolk, almonds (salmon 2x wk)
    carbs- brown rice, oats, dextrose, fruit, veggies
    average 1-1.5 gallons of water a day

    Based on your avi, you look like a pretty big dude. I expect that you need a lot more food, on or off a PH, to gain.

    i was cutting, that wasn't the diet i was following to put on weight.. i've been on a comp prep (even though i'm not competing) for the last 18 wks.. i was just showing yall what i've been eating.. i'd eat twice that on a PH cycle... and i'm not sure how many cals i burn while working out.. who honestly does?

    you've tried 2 PHs with no results and want to try again? either your diet was badly off or you've been buying crap with no active ingredients in them

    if at first you dont succeed..

    bbing is all about repetition.. when you want to gain you'll keep trying as long as it takes..

    and just to let you guys know i was taking in prolly about 3500 pre cycle.. about 4000 and beyond during the cycles that never seemed to work. i'd put on a handful of lbs the first week.. and then nothing after that..

    hell before the mdrol cycle i had been on a keto diet (yes stupid i know) and i took 2 weeks to introduce carbs into my body and then took the mdrol.. i assumed my bodyweight would explode just from going from less than 20 grams of carbs a day to over 400.. strange.. wondering if it was a bunk batch

    honestly i cant remember what all i ate on the hdrol. it was years ago. i learned a lot between the mdrol and hdrol. but i was eating enough for mdrol. even though it was hard, even though i started getting the calories any way i could (dirty).. i was eating. had to have been a bunk batch

    Most people I train with have a general idea, but then again I do come from an MMA/Crossfit gym too so that may have a lot to do with that fact.

    You ran Halodrol and SD and saw no results?

    Are you sure it was legit stuff.. like researching the compond??

    Did you get any sides??

    why dont you run something like anavar, much preferable to those PH's. or a simple 500mg pw test e. you def look like you've got good genetics

    thanks man.. i'd prefer to run 500mg test e.. (maybe with 4 wks of dbol who knows .)been wanting to for years.. i've already been scammed once.. (my fault i got what was coming to me).. and i just moved 5 hrs from home w/o any connections..

    trust me i'd rather 10-12 weeks of solid gains and a healthy liver

    zero sides besides a decrease in bank account after all the damn support supps

    so i'm thinking of ordering a new bottle of mdrol and giving it another go.. (thinking maybe my previous was bunk)

    Doubt it. You were extremely dissatisfied with 2 reputable and potent CEL products. I've seen a few cases of bunk Mdrol reported (alleged, not confirmed), and none of Hdrol. I find it extremely unlikely that both of your compounds were completely bunk.

    Eat more and/or try something different.

    i had great results with cutting with h-drol, not bulking. try test leave the ph alone.
