    Doing a big cycle. Advise needed

    Hey, Ive done a few cycles over the past few years with decent results. Now, however I am going to do things properly with sound nutrition and training . I would like to see maximal gains and I have a decided to do a cycle with Test, Deca, and some TBOL to jumpstart.
    My questions are as follows:
    I plan on doing 500 mg TEST /week. Is this adequate?
    How much DECA should I be doing. I have never done DECA before.
    How much TBOL should I do to jumpstart cyle?

    I am 6'0, 190lbs. Fairly lean. What should I except if my nutrition, and training are on par?

    Is your diet and training on par now? Or are they going to be when you cycle? Seems like with your stats that you have a lot of room for improvement, especially if your only "fairly" lean at 6'0" 190. I would put your cycle off until winter and go hit up great group of guys in the diet section and realy get yourself dialed in so when you are ready to use, you will get the best possible results you can.

    I have done some test only cycles of 500mg with some anavar. I am currently 26, 190lbs 10% BF. I have not done a test cycle in 2 years so some of my gains have diminished, and as I said, I wil be training hard with meticulous nutritional focus.

    As BG pointed out why not do that now naturally and see where that gets you

    I have been for some time now. I have already decided I am doing this. What I need assistance with is optimal dosing.

    You seem to only be willing to train and eat properly when your on gear and then when you come off you go back to whatever it was that you were doing before and only until you start losing gains do you refocus. Bodybuilding requires dedication 365 days a year. Your 26 and already have a few cycles under your belt which is a mistake to begin with.

    Clearly @ 190 lbs and 6 ft your diet is the problem to your hindered success. Outline what you typically eat in a day.

    OP: No offense, but i've never done a proper cycle and haven't been able to train in the last 9 months due to constant school, and am currently sitting at 185, 11-12% at 5'7 due to diet alone(and not a perfect one at that).

    I really believe if you change your diet around you can get some adequate gains and will be impressed with what you can achieve.

    you guys don't realise hes already set his mind on doing it and you're not going to change that - hes asking for help with recommended dosage.

    well the recommended dose for someone in his shoes are 0mg's a week divided into eod shots of nothing

    I prefer stacking my foodotropin with sleepabol, It seems to give even faster gains.

    Fix the diet BEFORE running gear, not FOR running gear. This approach shows no self discipline while not using gear...of which is essential to cycling in general. If you can't maintain your diet while off there's absolutely no sense in cycling period.
