Hey, Ive done a few cycles over the past few years with decent results. Now, however I am going to do things properly with sound nutrition and training . I would like to see maximal gains and I have a decided to do a cycle with Test, Deca, and some TBOL to jumpstart.
My questions are as follows:
I plan on doing 500 mg TEST /week. Is this adequate?
How much DECA should I be doing. I have never done DECA before.
How much TBOL should I do to jumpstart cyle?
I am 6'0, 190lbs. Fairly lean. What should I except if my nutrition, and training are on par?
