Probably some ice, is it happening with every injection?

1st make sure its not an infection. I use ice 2 bring swelling down (if any) & heat 4 pain relief. The heat also helps the oil spread faster & easier through the tissue.

Yea my 2cnd or 3rd shot on my left side does this. I think I nicked a nerve or something cause my whole hip n leg are tight on that side in a 1 foot radius around inj site. Tried diff angles n spots no luck. Thinkin I have a bug patch of nerves there.

So ice will reduce swelling but slows down oil absorbtion, won't heat increase swelling?

I think it's more pain than swellin so prob heat right?

Not on a 45, just slighty different cause like I said seems to happen a fair bit. N lol I have my big boy shorts on thx, just not the usual lump from injection, feels like it almost runs down to my knee... Not even so much painful as annoying, it just won't move when I try n climb stairs haha.

Curious if others ever have this prob

Haha i was just breaking your balls man we have alll been there. My knot lasted so long and woul dliterally wake me up from a sound sleep gripping my leg. My gf is a nurse and tried to convince me it was a blood clot lol.. i just pushed through it and it went away. I have also had sore glutes from injectin too much too quick bu tthat goes away to just keep active and that willl i help i think .

Probably high BA in your product if it was happening on both sides. Nothing you can really do, just let it runs it course.

If it is a high ba in it u can tap your cap on the bottle with just the needle part of the syringe, and place it in a pot of boiling water ( maybe a lil less then boiling) just enough to warn it up, the needle will release the steam, and should not damhe your product if done right. Also try warming your juice b4 u inject as well to looen up the ba
