    hcg needle

    hey guys what is the recommended needle size for hcg for IM shot in the glute area

    Most people recommend 1.5 inch needles for glute shots. As far as gauge, 23-26 will be fine. I don't know if you can get 29g 1.5's. You want it to be a pretty durable needle in order to hit the muscle and not break off its tip.

    Theres a lot less discomfort if u shoot it Sub-Q, & less chance of infection 2. I use a 29 ga. x 1/2" insulin needle.

    i always shot hcg just like insulin ! 1/2 inch in the belly tissue.

    Definitely go sub Q with an insulin needle. I alternate left and right about 2" of the navel.

    i agree. There is no reason to do im and the for the small amount of liquid you inject a large barrel and needle will be hard to dose correctly
