Forgive my ignorance, but why do AAS' lower libido if they raise test?

Only some do. read about each compound and look at the side effect.

Test will only increase libido. Others shutdown your natural test production and therefore there is a decrease in libido due to the absence of Test. For example Decca & Tren are known for this and so are stacked with low or high dose test depending on the goal.

libido has more to do than just test, estrogen plays its role as well. If your levels get out of whack, it can have a negative effect on your sex drive.

Mt experience with Tesosterone is the higher my level the lower my libido. I still function and sex is great but I don't "desire" it. I kind of make myself take a woman to bed and my erectile capability and stamina are great but I have to start with her first. When I told my doctor about this he said other patients had complained of the same thing but he did know why this happens.

So in short, for me, desire to do it is less but ability to do it is greater.

MOre than likely your other levels are out of whack,, high test levels with normal estrogen etc will make you want to bang coke bottles
