^^^ I train 6 times a week.
High intesity (high weights, low reps)
Way too low dosages. Get rid of the deca.. Tuesday and Friday 250mg sus for a total of 500mg for the week.
How old are you? And how do you know your BF is at 7%? I am curious to which testing method you used. Also 8 weeks is on the lower side I would go 10 weeks with the sus
Thanks dude, will I gain more just on 250mg of suss a week, than stacking it with decca, wanted to keep doesages low (just turned 17 last week lol)

At your age you shouldn't even be looking at AAS. Taking it at such a young age can mess you up for life.. I know you may not think that now but what are you gonna do say a year or 2 down the road when your trying bone but can't get it up? Dude believe it or not they're are many more cons than pros to this idea.
Why are you thinking about taking it at such a young age? What does your diet and workout routine look like?
Diet - 4 egg whites, oats and yogurt for breakfast
50g protien formula
Two 8oz chicken breasts
Steak.
Tuna fish
Work out
Monday - chest and bis
Tuesday - back and tris
Wednesday - delts and legs
Thursday - chest and tris
Friday - back and bis
Sat - res
Sunday - delts and legs
Dont touch steroids! Period.
When all else fails ask for the stats.You can always look at the profile though this wiseguy put 75 for age.
