    Pw meal question

    Would a Gatorade and whey protein with water be ideal for post workout ?

    Depends on your goals and how this fits into your daily macros, but Gatorade wouldn't be my choice.

    What are some good sports drinks for post w/o I hear they are the way to go for fast carbs post work out

    I don't do fast carbs PWO, however if that's your thing, Gatorade would be fine I guess. If I were to do fast carbs, i'd probably do a protein shake with either dextrose/maltodextrin, or waxy maize, possibly vitargo.

    Isn't Fast carbs suppose to boost insulin levels and a sports drink has no fat so it's ur not suppose to eat fat while insulin is spiked correct?

    ^^^ this is all overblown BS IMO.

    Yes fast carbs will spike insulin, however why would you want to do that? Did somebody tell you to do it, or do you know WHY you want to do it?

    If you don't spike insulin, you don't have to worry as much about fat consumption, right?
