Hey guys I'm putting together a cycle to run in a few months time and would like some opinions. It'll be coming up to summer in Australia so goal is lean mass while getting ripped.
My stats are
25yo
180lbs
5'10
15% body fat
Over 5 years lifting
I have done a test prop cycle 3 years ago which I regret. I didn't diet as well as I do now. I have gained more naturally since that test prop cycle to the point I can't gain any more.
I will diet down for 6-8 weeks before I begin to get down to 10% body fat.
So for my cycle I was thinking..
Test e weeks 1-12 at 400mg
Winny weeks 9-12 at 70mg eod
Arimidex weeks 1-14 .5mg eod
Nolva 10 days after last shot 40/40/20/20/20
Clomid 10 days after last shot 70/70/35/35
How does that look? Doses high enough? Pct ok?
