lab results after switching from eod to ed dex usage

got results back for estro after switching from .25 dex eod to ed aFTER 1 month.using 500 test enth a wk as well.

using .25 dex eod -Estradiol A 356 <150 pmol
using .25 dex ed -Estradiol A 158 <150 pmol/L (after 1 month)

still high ?????? well before i started my cycle my Estradiol was 152 <220 pmol if that means something .and im not getting any estro signs really .i actually never have right from the start and my shoulders actually gimme alot of pain when i work them out but maybe thats just in my head.so do you think i should up my dose or leave as is???appreciate the advice ty
