Wink Need help with first cycle - deca

    hi peeps

I am 28, have been training for a few years on and off but last 12 months seriously. I am 90kg at the moment but have focused on shredding body weight from 103kg in the past few months. I used a combination of good training, diet and ephedrine.

Now I am ready to go on my first cycle.

I am interested in steroids but was advised to try NOLVA-DX first and avoid chemicals and the side effects.

I understand that NOLVADEX is a PCT and will only help me a little given my circumstances.

But I am not content and would like some advice on using DECA.

I have been told by someone else that it is best used with SUSTANON but I am not too keen on injecting myself every other day with SUST as recommended by some people. Is there any other TESTOSTERONE I could use instead with less frequency of the injections but with impressive results? Please bear in mind that I am trying to minimize undesired side effects such as acne, gyno and most importantly, increased temper.

Please can you advise what I can use (safely and successfully). I am not looking to bulk up heavy...just moderately. Want to make some gains in muscle size and strength.

Thank you in advance for any replies.

P.S. I am a complete novice to steroids so would appreciate help with dosage, training style whilst on cycle etc.

Bro you have no time in the gym.You need to build a base that takes time. You jump on the juice your muscles will get stronger that your tendons and joints. You will end up hurting yourself. Why would you think you are ready for AAS when you show no desire to committ yourself to the gym.Quit looking for the eay way out. There is no such thing beacuse if you tryed it you would lose anything you got.

Thanks for the replies and advice.

That's what I am always told by my gym manager too! I guess I am just being too desperate and impatient. I train 4 times a week and use whey protein. Should I stay this way or use creatine etc. ? How do we know when someone is ready? I think I have that base but how can I work towards it (if it's not the type
of base conceived by ppl who know what they are doing)

    Thanks
