Red little bumps on back and up arms.

Hi guys, first of all i know i was stupid at my age (19) for useing steriods, so i really deserve any nasty things i get! I was curious because i finished my Deca cycle about 2weeks ago now...
I have up my arms some weird little red bumps. They look like spots but they dont have a head on them to pop open. They are red and kind of hard, lot's are on my back to. Not sure if this acne?

I was wondering, if you guys and girls think this the cause of steriods? Or if any one has had the same sort of things happen to them?

Same thing I get all the time. It's blocked pores in your skin, from sweating and tanning, gear may not help either. Take two showers and use something abrasive to scrub with.
