    Melbournian for further advice for first cycle

    So far from the advice I've recieved from here (appreciated too), is that I could do cyp with 500mg p/w for 10 weeks and from the seventh week to the thirteenth week, start the stanol (and then of course pct).

    Question; 50mgs of stanol p/w ok?
    Question; 20mgs of nolva p/w? i'm

    6'', 74kg, bf around 10-12% i reckon (maybe a bit lower)

    Can i throw in tren too?

    No way should you consider tren at this point.

    Frontload??
    Because tren is used when your body gets "used" to other compounds. Think of it something like drinking. (bad analogy I know) If you have never drunk before, you might just want to have 3 beers, and you would get a buzz. Next time might have 5-6 beers. You don't just go straight on to a bottle of grey goose when you can still get a good buzz from beer alone. Do you understand that?
    If you don't know what front loading is, you need to do so much more reading. There is a search function on this forum.

    So i checked out 'front loading.' From my understanding, using your previous analogy of the drinks lol (which i did understand), it would be like using the beers for a couple of weeks as a 'warm up' lol before jumping on to the grey goose? As my first cycle, would it be alright to 'front load' anavar or tbol? or does it need to be pinned? I really don't want that bloated/chipmunk look lol looking for quality lean gains. I would love to get to 85kg lean...

    mate at 6 foot and 74kg you dont need any gear
    clearly you havent been training long and your diet sucks
    if you took gear now you may get a bit bigger and a bit leaner but as soon as you come off you will be back to square one.

    No, the first 3 beers would be your first cycle. Frontloading is not kickstarting. You really need to READ, bloating can be avoided. I've not yet cycled, will be soon. What happened to learning and patience? AAS is not the magic answer. I bet I could get someone with the same stats as you in better shape in one year with training and diet than you could with gear with the knowledge you have atm. And they would be healthier and no chance of ED or fvcking up his HPTA.

    your 6ft tall and 160lbs and you think you need to stack 3 different steroids and 1 of them is one of the strongest there is in order for you to grow?

    You need a sandwich not a cycle

    Seriously stop and think for a moment. your 6ft and 160 do you really think the only way you can get bigger is from steroids?

    I appreciate the input and support. I will continue reading up.
    I've been training for about 4-5 years. I did a bulking cycle (no aas) and got to 79kg. I was eating a fair bit! to the point where i could barely finish each meal. So I then cut (carb cut) to lose the bf, and become a little more sculptured. upped the protein intake and greens. Couldn't seem to cut anymore than i already had. tried higher reps and even heavy low reps, higher sets. I know squats and deadlifts are suppose to boost your natural hgh, so i did it twice a week even...no improvement? wtf? I've read, watched, asked, trialed.....

    Your diet is actually alot better than i thought it would be. (if you actually eat that) You know eggs is a good source of fat too.
    You may just have to eat more carbs.
    But you still should be a bit heavier, maybe somethings wrong with your training or you have very low testosterone.
    See your doctor and get a blood test.

    lol surprise. I remember having a blood test some years ago, and i vaguely remember the doc mentioning something about my thyroid and wanted me to return a couple weeks later for another test...unfortunately I had moved during that time. But will organise to go get one this week. Cheers bulkn
