Hi all,
I am 23 years of age and 85kg.
I have been training since i was 16 with a few 2-3 month gaps throughout the years.
Iv competed in a few lifting and benching competitions and know the relms of my limits.
I have had no injuries as a result of well tought form from a young and gradual weight progression.
I have no intention of blasting on 20kgs in short time but i certainly want to put on another 6-7kgs of lean muscle and im not sure what to use or how to go about it, could anyone share some of their knowledge please?
I read a post earlier about a 22yr old training for 2 years. you all advised he was too young to start a course would the same be the case for me?
