Beeing on testosterone all life

I have low free testosteron, probably due my stupid cycle 3 years ago. I still have it on normal range, but it is on the below line which seems is not enough for my normal life.

I am wondering how is about beeing all life on testosterone. Not high doses but just a little bit, to put values to the top line of the normal range. This would mean to dobule my free T (now is 8 pg/ml while normal is 4.25-30.4).

My main concern is that if I use this little doses let's say for 10 years constantely. Can this decrease even this little value of natural production that is left? Or would be those little doses to little to make any damage since it would be probably still the same as before natural production and I can stop it any time?

Talk to an endocrinologist and see if he cant kick start your system with some HCG or something like that. You dont want to be on test for life if it can be avoided. I'm 48 and don't look forward to pinning for the next 25+ years.

Running a low dose for anytime especially months, years will just shut you down that much harder/permanently and you will never recover. Not what you want.

My doctor has explained many times that testosterone is a safe steroid in the sense that the body recognizes any we inject as if it were natural and once we stop the body will simply restart its' natural production. There is even the chance that the level naturally produced will be increased because of the healthier body produced during the time we were injecting.

I have also read quit a few research papers stating the same. My doctor did tell me there are some hormones that once taken artificially their natural production will cease (if taken long enough) but he was clear that testosterone is not one of them.

I'm not trying to sound like an authority because I'm not but 10 years of seeing the same specialist every 14 days does give me some understanding as to his professional opinion.

Natural production takes some time. It doesn't happen overnight. I remember that guy with hugh, gigantic arms who was injecting everyday and was finally arrested for selling steroids. He went to jail and in the interview I read he said he couldn't get an erection for a year but it did finally come back. He was in jail during that year.

PCT would be for those who don't want to wait 3 or 4 months for natural production to recommence. If you go to the web sites of the pharmaceutical companies that make testosterone products they often have a Q&A. You'll find they say the same as my doctor.

I think you will find quite a few who will disagree and even more who have tried to rest start after extended periods with no success. Look in the HRT section and you will see it is stated over and over and over that HRT is for life...

I will say two things then let it be: My doctor was on vacation once and he sent me to one of his friends. This doctor had been on TRT but had to stop (maybe prostate). He told me that after stopping his natural test levels were higher than before starting TRT because he had become healthier. I couldn't see my doctor for 4 months because of a Political Situation over here (no one could travel through the tanks). When I did see my doctor he did a blood test and found my test levels had not only returned to normal but they were higher than before starting. he asked if I wanted to continue TRT. Of course I wanted to because high noraml is better than low normal.

There is no physiological reason why natural test production would not continue after stopping TRT. Do a web search and stick with the acedemic sites.

While recovery of natural test production is far easier when suppresion was from low doses of test as opposed to a gram a week of Tren and Deca LOL the likelyhood of some dimished return after a long period of usage certainly exists.

I disagree. Different compounds shut you down by various degrees.

I recover much better from an eq and/or oxandrolone cycle than I do test cycles.

600mg EQ a week for 14 weeks affects my libido very little, and i recover in half the time than if I would have if I added test.

Of course I don't get quite as much out of it without test so...

yes because those compounds didnt fully shut you down, im talking about compounds that cause full shutdown like test, deca, tren etc

I have talked to and know lots who have on hand experiences with trt and hrt and all say, even by experimenting, that their levels did not come back. And some of those only increased test doses and did not take deca or tren. I promise you that the guys on trt had their choice, they would choose the NOT be on trt.

Amen brother. I HATE needles. Before TRT I always said I could never be a drug addict and hope I would never become insulin dependent but now due to HRT I have no choice. i would LOVE not to have to pin ever week for the next 25+ years.
