time crunch and lack of general knowledge

I have tried to dig for the info so as not to create a redundant post. Due to factors outside of my control I have a very short time to get into as good of overall shape as I possbly can. I have recently recovered from an injury, and have been nearly sedentary for about a year and am very out of shape. There is very little chance of re-injury.

I have to improve my cardio, strength, and muscular endurance as far as possible in about 3 weeks. (the crossfit style workouts will continue past then regardless, but the deadline cannot change)

I have access to test and winny. period.

Will running these help me improve in those areas as fast as possible, or will the risk of side effects and delayed onset not be worth it or hamper my attempt?

I did a cycle of sust years ago when in great shape, and remember recovery time improved, motivation up, aggression up, which is exactly what I need.

3 weeks is really not alot of time at all... thats about the time you will really be feeling it fully kicking in. IMO.

For the sake of knowledge, let's double the deadline, will the cycle give me the effects I am looking for, (motivation, recovery, aggression) or will it have the opposite efffect especially on recovery and gyno risk due to my current crappy fitness level??...

ok. Thanks. FTR, bp has always been and still is about 110/68 in case that makes a diff. But I will bust it out allnatural and hope I pull it off in 'Tebow Time'. Wish me luck!

If I were in your position ... only having three weeks, no quick ester options, and a lot of fat: I would focus on cutting the fat naturally.
