if you are looking for alternatives why not try some designer steroid or prohormonrs ... they can get the job done also!!

I am not mainly looking at alternatives, just more or less doing research on alternatives to steroid. I am from Canada and if there was an alternative that worked well they would be much easier to come by. I've spent a lot of time researching over the past two weeks, I've yet to get a definite answer to the results if any to these so called alternatives.

Body Fat %: Never done a test
Weight : 220 (looking to cut down to around 195-200)
Height : 6'
Training History : I've been working out for the past 3yrs. I am currently working on cutting, Lowered my weights and pushing maximum reps. Mon : Chest/Triceps Tues: Cardio Wed: Shoulders/Legs/Wrists/Forearms Thurs:Cardio Friday: Back/Biceps.
