how long till epistane side effcts gone?

Just finished 4th week of 30mg a day of epi and have had horrible lethargy and sense of well being the last 2 weeks. Starting pct of nolva 40/40/20/20 tomorow. How much longer will these lethargic effects last from the epi? Anyone had any similiar effects from phs? Ad wll nolva help lethargy at all?

ph's can shut you down. It probably did and you feel like crap. i would run some clomid with the nolva too.

Anyone? I even have a perscript for adderall and the lethargy makes me wanna pass out and my head is all foggy. Now that I'm off epistane will these sides be gone in 1 day. . .2? Longer?

Will nolva help cancel out the side effect of the ph shutdown?

nolva can help. Your natural hormones are out of wack. It takes time to get them back to normal.

B12 can help, but really, I'd just stick to coffee and getting plenty of rest and lots of good food. Even a few comfort foods in there too might help you.
