been lifting for 4-5 years seriously and on and off for another couple prior to that. I made pretty good progress, gained about 30 lbs in my first two years, and then 10 over the last 2-3 years (doing bulks and cuts). I'm currently 5'9 180 at about 8% bodyfat. My goal is to get to about 200 lbs 7%. I'm also really into strength training. I bench 325, squat 500, and deadlift 600. I hope to get those up to 365/545/635 and eventually much higher than that and start competing.
I've been researching for about 2 months so far, and once i finish studying up I plan to run my first cycle. My main goal for my first cycle is to avoid side effects and keep all my gains, so I am working very hard on putting together a flawless PCT.
