caffeine in coffe

well i live in the middle east lebanon ,i want to do an ECA stack but her the caffein tablets are banned so i want to use coffe as caffeine source
so how many usual small spoons of coffe ( like the spoon u use to put sugar in the tea , coffee...) do i have to take to have 200mg of caffeine??

That is a good average. I have heard it to be in the 65 - 85mg though. But they are minor differences and it depends on the beans, roast, brew time, water.
