    Wink QUestion on TBOL dosage and how I take it

    Hi GUys,

    I have 200 10 mg tbol pils. at 5ED I will have 40 days. Is this enough or should I get another 100 and take 6ED?

    Also: im taking 1 pill every 3-4 hours, some people tell me its better to split it in 3 equal does, is this better than 1 every 3-4 hours ?

    Bodyweight 170, 5"7, not sure about body fat percent, but not much bodyfat

    Deadlift 5rm 315pounds, Bench (My weakness) 5rm 170pounds | standing overheadpress 5rm 125pounds | pendlay row 5rm 125 pounds | Squat 5RM 205pounds.

    training for 1year 6 months

    gonna check out what best pct for me is in forum and order it (i can get anything i want easily) I have plenty time to do that as Im just starting cycle now, but in anabolics tbol is the only thing im taking.

    read around the forum and concluded that orals are kinda shitty without a test base. Is it ok if I take my tbol with test enan as first cycle or is it too much?

    the reason why a single compound is usually suggested for a first cycle is if you have any sides you will know which is causing the sides and you will know the course of action needed to correct it. Looks to me, though your diet needs a little help. You could still pack on some weight just by improving your diet. Check out the diet forum and those gurus will get you on the right track which will help once you decide to run a cycle. Steroids aren't magic but will help you once your peek is hit.

    Ive been stuck at same bench weight for 6 months, tried around 10 different workouts and read about a hundred articles about technique this is why im taking. Ive done a tbol cycle before but didnt do much cuz I was training like the pros.

    I will look at diet forum but I eat like 8 big steaks a day with plenty carbs and fat, my bench just wont go up

    im 27... I just want to do 1 cycle a year to speed up my gains thats it..

    i'd bet my last penny that your diet isnt where it should be. ive trained a 110lb girl who could squat 220lbs for 8reps

    Hell, it might even be your form.

    I corrected my bench form and my 5rm shot up 15lbs in less than a month.

    holy crap im not eating enough lol, especially carbs... so I guess I should hold off the tbol for now... whats a good indicator on when I need gear ?

    good job, get the diet going strong and you will surprise yourself, chuck in quality supps like creatine and hmb
