    Question Vitamin B6 During Cycle?

Can anyone point me in the right direction for some good reading material on use of Vitamin B6 during a cycle . I've heard about it, but can't find much documentation on it. Anyone have a breakdown on why this is used? Sounds good to me, but wanted to know why exactly.

i don't think there is any special additional need for Vitamin B6 during cycle, just take your regular favorite Multivitamin, I only use Vitamin C aside my regular multivitamin since I need much more higher dose of it.

Ok, cool, thanks. Also, does the vitamin C help with coritsol?

they say it's anti catabolic and helps with Cortisol. I usually use 1500mg daily, (500mg right after training) but during cycle you don't have any problem with cortisol since it's lower than normal and you are in an anabolic state.
but in PCT, I would go around 3000mg of Vitamin C daily.
