Hi guys I've been weight lifting for 2-3 years consistently now, and played sports all my life that involved lifting every now and then. I have been bulking since last summer and deff gained some unwanted fat. I'm ready to get to the point where I'm at a consistent 12-15% bodyfat. My only problem right now is my PCT is about to come up in the next 3 weeks, so I don't know how a cutting diet is going to work with that. But for the last 3 weeks of this cycle I'd like to go on a super strict cutting diet and lose some fat.

Ive also been doing about 2 miles a day of running 4-5 days a week.

This diet was written up from a friend of mine but id like it critqued before I start. Im also wondering if theres something i can substitute all this oatmeal for.

Meal 1:
3/4 cup of egg whites
2 whole eggs
1/2 cup plain oatmeal


Meal 2:
2 cans of tuna plain
1c. plain oatmeal
1 tbs. almond butter

Meal 3 Pre Workout
2.0 scoops of ON whey
1/2c. oatmeal plain

Meal 4 PWO
2 servings of Gatorade
2.0 scoops of ON whey
1/2c. oatmeal plain

Meal 5
8oz. chicken breast
3/4 cup cooked brown rice plain

Meal 6 (2 hrs b4 bed)
6-8oz. salmon
1c. broccoli
