    SwoleCat makes T-Mag!

    Woo hoo! I'm pretty stoked, the gentleman (Christian Thibaudeau) who writes for T-Mag underwent a body transformation "project" much like you all do here with your pictures, and had hired me for his Phase 3. He looks pretty damn good, see the before/afters........wow! I had bomb pic of me too, but it got taken out!

    Check it out, you'll see my name "Chris Janusz" instead of SwoleCat, which was a nice change as people would wonder, "what the hell is a SwoleCat?", LOL. I submitted a pic too, but I guess they didn't have room. Perhaps in the hardcopy to be printed out there will be. Anyhow, it was good to see his success, he looks amazing, and I wanted to share.

    I posted this here (members pix) as many here believe I was lying when I told them I was helping someone who wrote for this mag, and that I would be mentioned as a credit to his success. I also have friends here too, so it's for all ya'll!

    Anyhow, Congratulations bro you deserve it! I am definently happy with the progress I am making..it kind of reminds me of teaching a man to fish instead of giving him fish..because with your diet the sky is the limit on how well the person wants to turn out by the effort he or she puts in.

    Who is this addressed to? If it's me, I'll just say that my eyebrows are fully grown in, and are shaped by my woman and her helpers, yes, as in modeling pics when they are taken, sometimes they ask you to touch up the "kitchen" which is the back of your neck, your goat-tee if you sport one, and they do shape the brows, yes.

    If you have an issue with this, you may want to look up "homophobic" in the dictionary. It's nothing new to Hollywood, or anyone who does printwork as I am getting into. Thanks for the extreme interest in my facial features, as many are always looking at my body. Yes, of course you didn't mean that in any negative manner!

    I love it when people write gibberish in a thread that has NOTHING to do with the thread and it's subject, but yet say "not a flame or anything"......what should that read, "I just have nothing positive to say about your success, so I'll ask a very off-the-wall rookie move question"........LMFAO.......

    Well, my arms sit about 21" right now......but, this transformation was about Christian, the T-mag writer. I am Chris aka SwoleCat, the one who prepares the respective fitness programs. I believe his stats are viewable either in the article, or in his forum under "pre-contest guru".

    Shit I pluck my eyebrows. WTF do I want one of those ugly unobrows for. Shit I even shave my back, well a friend does. The better you feel about other parts of your body the easier working out and keeping your body looking good will be. This isn't just a I want to be diesel thing, it is an overall look and feeling about ones self.

    I just want to emphasize - the guy that did this transformation was from T-Mag. Swolecat added his consultations to make the transformation possible, as well as the publication. As many know... Swolecat is much larger than the guy featured in this article.

    honestly.......

    he used no illegal substances, no. This is not one of those cases where you see a 300 lb. ripped pro, sweating his ass off, about to die cuz he can't breathe, sayin' he's all natural.
