I have these insulin nova rapid pens, i believe there 300iu/pen. Can you use any type of insulin? I heard Humalog is the way to go but i can't get that, will the insulin i have do the same job, thanks.

yes thats the same as humalog just different brand. Make sure you know what you are doing
