Thanks RaZr, I work out around noon every day and I eat two meals before then. Breakfast is usually around 7 am and I have 1 whole egg mixed with 6 egg whites, spinach, mushrooms, and black beans. At 10:00 i usually eat again and have whole wheat pasta or brown rice and a protein, either fish or chicken.
I take fish oil 3 x a day and a multi vitamin every morning. B4 the workout Jack3d, BCAAs during and whey right after. Once I get home I usually eat again around 2:30.
I know Jack3d has a little creatine in it, but should I be taking more? Any recommendations on a decent creatine supplement?
