    jack3d for my pre workout

    Just started Jack3d today. Took it about 40 mins b4 my workout. Tasted a lot better then NO xplode, didn't make my stomach hurt. Gave me some good energy and felt stronger while lifting and during cardio.

    I take it on an empty stomach, can I eat after I take it? If so what should I eat pre workout?

    Thanks for any help.

    It doesn't matter if you eat with jack3d, it won't disrupts its effects.

    Thats not really true if you eat before it absorbs you will delay the absorption and weaken its effect. A pre workout meal is far more important then a pre workout drink tho Imo

    The reason I said it doesn't matter is because regardless of food intake, caffeine is fully absorbed about 36 minutes after ingestion, 55 minutes maximum. He said he took it 40 minutes before his workout(and I assumed he would continue to do so) which puts him right in the middle of the sweet spot. It won't "weaken" the effect, but it may delay it by a negligible amount.

    Thank you for the help guys. Today my plan is three scoops of Jack3d 45 mins b4 followed by my protein shake.

    You are aware that caffeiene is not the only stimulant or ingredient in jack3d?

    I think it definitely matters if you eat before, I take jacked also and whenever I drink it on an empty stomach I feel the effects much more intensely. There's a lot more stimulants in jacked besides caffeine as said above so that's probably why

    Schizandrol is the only other ingredient you could argue is a stimulant, however you won't be citing any peer reviewed studies-just "ancient chinese secrets". Creatine is not a stimulant it just creates ATP.

    Second day on Jack3d. Went with three scoops instead of two. I haven't gotten itchy like i've been reading about.

    It was my back day and I had to add an extra set to most of my exercises to reach failure. I had a lot of energy for my cardio after lifting. I'm still relatively new to using supplements, but I really like the results I'm seeing so far.

    I also started mixing BCAAs with my water during my workouts. It feel like I have less soreness, can that happen with BCAAs?

    are you saying 1 3 dimethylamylamine is not considered a stimulant?

    In all honestly the only supplements worth a damn are - Fish Oils, Multi Vit, BCAA, Creatine and a decent pre workout if you desire for energy. Just eat a High Carb High Pro meal an hour and a half before you workout, make sure the carbs are complex though to sustain you.

    Although it is banned, no conclusive study has found it to be a stimulant. However it is very similar to Tuaminoheptane, a proven stimulant, so it's safe to say that it does provide energy(and decongests your nose). Regardless, it would fall under the same absorbtion patterns as caffeine.

    By the way, not interested in a pissing match.

    Thanks RaZr, I work out around noon every day and I eat two meals before then. Breakfast is usually around 7 am and I have 1 whole egg mixed with 6 egg whites, spinach, mushrooms, and black beans. At 10:00 i usually eat again and have whole wheat pasta or brown rice and a protein, either fish or chicken.

    I take fish oil 3 x a day and a multi vitamin every morning. B4 the workout Jack3d, BCAAs during and whey right after. Once I get home I usually eat again around 2:30.

    I know Jack3d has a little creatine in it, but should I be taking more? Any recommendations on a decent creatine supplement?

    Never had this but only heard good things, all you need is cheap creatine monohydrate micronized. I reccomen looking through the creatine faq lots of good info.

    plain monohydrate is all you need, forget the hype, its all BS designed to relieve you unnecessarily of your cash. i use both jack3d and mono

    you should consume a pre workout meal 1.5hrs before training, if you take your jack3d and then eat pre workout its effects will be faded by the time you hit the gym 1-1.5hrs later. take your jack3d just before you head out to train

    I just bought some jack3d today and only did the one scoop like it recommended and it gave me very little energy. I will up it tomorrow to see the difference it gives me...
    I think it will be good I just probably need to add a little more to it other then one scoop.

    1 3 dimethylamylamine is the main one in it and thats why that and 1MR are so good compair to alot of outers out there all so just get it into you and you will be grand ;-)
