Im new to this forum but i would be very interested to get some feedback and advice on my proposed cycle.
Basic stats to start - 29yrs age, 5'8, 170lbs, 12% bf.
Done two previous cycles, first was a newbie error and just did deca. Did alot more research into second cycle and went with test e and equipose. Good solid gains.
The plan for my third cycle is quality lean gains and cutting up.
Proposed steroids: Test E, Equip, Winny
PCT: HCG, Nolva, Clomid, Arimidex
Cyle length:12 weeks
Plan:
Week 1-12: Test E @ 500mg p/w
Week 1-2: Equipose @700mg p/w
Week 3-11: Equipose @500mg p/w
Week 7 - 12: Oral Winny @ 50mg e/d
PCT
Week 3-12: HCG @ 500 IU p/w
Week 14 - 17: Nolva run 40,40,20,20 ed
Week 14 - 17: Clomid run 100,100, 50, 50 ed
A question i wanted to ask is, is it worth running arimidex .25mg e4d while on cycle or just keeping on hand incase of any estro-based side effects?
Training: Heavy weights 5 times a week on a 3 on 1 off, 2 on 1 off basis.
Cardio: 3-5 x weeks in the morning for 30 - 40mins on a stationary bike.
Basic Diet example:
Before cardio: Whey Protein Shake
Breakfast (after cardio) - 100g Oats, 10 egg whites
Meal 2: 50g Brown Rice, Can of tuna, Olive Oil, Green Veg
Pre Workout: N.O Drink, BCAA
Post Workout: Whey Protein, Dextrose (50g), BCAA
Meal 3: Brown Pasta, 200g Chicken breast, veg
Meal 4: Chicken breast / Fish / Lean mince, Salad, Green Veg
Meal 5: Cassien Shake & Natural Peanut butter.
Macros of diet =
Carbs - 200g per day
Protein - 250g per day
Fat - 70g per day
So that is my proposed cyle plan and diet.
I would appreciate any feedback and advice you may have.
