Unhappy Test Enanthate reaction??? advice required please.

This may sound really stupid but could someone please give me some info on this??
I put 1 ml 250mg of test E ( by alpha pharma mumbai ) last tuesday into my left leg and as soon as i injected it with a 23g x 1" pin and stood up i could feel a running sensation inside my leg down towards my knee.
I didnt have any pip effect in my leg and the fluid was really hard to get out of the 2ml syringe ( seemed like it was blocking up the needle ). When i look at the rest of the ampoules that i have got it looks like water, really thin and not oily at all.
By thursday i got an ache in the muscle just above my knee and slight swelling, over the weekend the muscle had swollen up quite badly, gone red in colour, was sore and feels really warm to the touch.
As of this morning it was really warm sore and red so i went to the doctors and got him to check it out, his opinion is that he doesnt think it is an infection but doesnt have a clue quite what it is ( as i was scared to tell him that i injected anything into my leg ). I am running a slight temperature and he has given me some antibiotics and ibuprofen to hopefully sort it out.
I took quite a lot of anabolics for a lot of years when i was younger and this is my first shot since i came off them in 2000, i have never had a bad reaction or cyst etc before and was wondering if anyone could shed some light on this issue that i have got?
As i injected high in my outer leg, how is the swelling just above my knee? There is no mark at all where the needle went in.
And if test E looks really thin and watery how is it so hard to inject.
The serial number checked ok on the website and my mate has had no reaction from one of the amps from the same batch that i used, i also have two other mates that have taken the same make test e and they havent had any problems either.
    Has anyone experienced this before?

Thanks in advance and sorry its a bit long to read...

I haven't experienced that before but then i don't inject high in the leg, i inject in the thickest part of the vastus lateralis, sounds like you injected into the lymphatic system.

Thanks for the reply but i think i injected it into the upper part of the rectus femoris, it looked like the meatiest part of my leg from the front. I always used to use the outer part of my legs but after years and years of use its got lots of scar tissue so i thought i would try this area instead.
Do you know what could happen if i have injected into the lymphatic system?

I've done this several times and have read of a dozen cases of it on the boards. You injected too shallow (or your poor injection technique forced the oil back out of the muscle), and the oil became trapped between the muscle and its fascial sheath. It then ran down to the bottom of the muscle because of gravity and crashed there (since it couldn't be absorbed efficiently), causing massive inflamation and pain. It should clear up in a week.

Thanks Bonaparte for the reply..I never heard of this happening before so I feel a bit happier now to be honest.
I can't believe how big the swelling got yesterday, it's slightly smaller today but still hurts like a bitch and still feels really hot.. Can't wait for it to get better.
I was so worried I was thinking of giving it up again and I only just started back!!
