Hi guys,
Ive been taking Cellmas Creatine for around 3 weeks now, and it has really bloated me, particularly in my stomach and love handles.
I'm really considering stopping but want to keep on creatine to help with my muscle gains etc.
I heard that Ethyl Ester is a new form of Creatine that will prevent getting bloated, water retention and help with dry gains.
What are you're thoughts please? Should I get off the Cellmas and move onto the Ethyl Ester?
