~20% give or take. Looks Like your building a good foundation. Keep it up.

20% sounds about right, maybe a point or 2 lower, definitely not higher. x2 on the foundation, keep it up!!!

PS - we are nearly identical stats!

20% no less. Unless you have a really lean lower half.

Dropping to 12% in 2 months overs holiday season is ambitious but it's good to have a goal.

18 sounds good but i think im gonna go with 20. id rather be harder on myself it just gives me that much more desire to get to where i need to be. also what do yall think about bumping cardio to 45 mins 6 days a week or do you think 30 is enough. honestly i love the eliptical so its not really that big of a deal to bump it up. i just dont want to overtrain and do more damage than good

As long as you still have energy to do your workouts then 45 is great. Ideally cardio would be AM fasted cardio and then doing you wieght training in the PM being careful not to intake fat after say 6 if you are going to sleep at 10-12. This in my experience has had the greatest fat buring effect without sacrificing mass, of course this was when I was not working 40 hrs a week, I could never do it while working but everyone is different and many are not old as dirt.. like me :-)

I sometimes do am fasted, have my workout, and do PWO cardio. upwards of 2 hours of cardio/day. You do NOT have to worry about 'overdoing' it on the cardio at your current bodyfat. There is plenty of fat (no offense) to be burned, and no need for your body to burn LBM in the process. Just don't starve yourself or go crazy high intensity if you're doing it fasted.
