After a few days of lurking and trying to gather info, I figured that i should join this site to at least access everyone's knowledge.
A little about myself, after 30 years of doing whatever I wanted and only occasionally working out, I decided to make a change. I've always been a bigger boy and now that I'm 30 I want to cut down my weight. I'm 6'2 and a little shy of 300 lbs. Just ordered an elliptical for the home and hope to get down to 240 by the spring and then get into the juice a bit.
Any advice on supplements/fat burners? (Currently working overnight shift and could use the energy through out the day as well.)
