    deca and tren?

    Im a rookie...first time use. Is decade and Tren a good stack. Or do.I need something else.

    I have not yet started. Just got my supply. I go to the gym mon thru fri and rest sat and sun. I have been going to the gym for 3 years and have notice a good change in my body. I want to bulk up but not look like incredible hulk. I have a friend that's is big and he recommend taking deca and Tren......why is it bad..

    If you do deca and tren on your first cycle you will almost definately screw yourself up long-term.

    Deca and tren are not a good combo for anyone, ESP a noob at gear. Don't listen to that guy on aas use, he obviously doesn't recognize the difference.

    Test at 400mg/week for 12 weeks.
    Followed by PCT.

    AAS is a longer road road than I suspect you think. You gotta eat, sleep, and train right to bulk up and maintain your bulk.

    More specifically, what are your goals?

    Yeah im short....I love the gym and working out. All I want is to have my upper and bottom bulk. Not heman but noticeable. I have spent lots of money buying protein..whey..glue..just a waste of time. All water retention. I want muscles.

    Try posting up your diet in the diet section and let those guys assists you with that. Its equally, if not more, important than AAS usage.

    Do you know what A.I. and SERM are?

    what is you body fat% approximately? 180lbs at 5'2" is huge
