just started test-e cycle today (450-500mg/wk) my test is dosed 300mg/ml so im just pinning little less than 1 ml every mon, thurs.....do i need to start my AI today also or should I wait a week or so to let the test get into my system.....also with the test-e how long until its in the system good and taking over.....should be about a week or more right?

I only have Liquidex for an AI....not sure what other names it has... if I decide to wait, and do start having symptoms, do I need to reverse symptoms with nolvadex first then get on AI or go straight to AI ? also, when I do start the AI (Liquidex) what is the proper dosing, .5mg eod correct? any sides I should be aware of from the liquidex?
what is the "street name" for liquidex ? im tired of calling it that......

I would save the nolva for pct, and wait to use an ai, see if you need it before you start using it.

use adex (liquidex) IF you get gyno sides, ie itchy/tender nips. i know ppl who can run 1gr of test and get no estro sides at all, if i go over 400mg i'll have sides within 2wks.
go to AI straight off if needed, no need to use nolva
bottom line, no point in using a drug if its not necessary.

I am one of those ppl dec. I started with 500 mg's of test and escalated to a gram. Even after a year straight, I never experienced any gyno. I did lose my sex drive for a couple of weeks though. Fortunetly that got straightened out. LOL

If I wait to start adex, and down the road I have bloating....can I use the adex for that even if I'm not experiencing gyno issues ?

i'll let you in on a wee secret here, bloating is diet dependant, adex has NOT controlled bloating for me, when you think about it, why would it, what is it actually designed for? bloat is attributed to the amount and type of food you consume. you will not bloat less on tren, test prop or any of the other so called 'less bloat' compounds if you are eating ALOT.
think about it, eat every two hours and what degree of volume is your stomach going to be in? whats it like 1st thing in the morn? smaller, cos you havent put anything in it for 8hrs. and do you think an anti aromatase drug is going to reduce that every 2hr consumption stomach volume? and im not convinced on its 'drying' values either, diuretics do that, im yet to be anymore dehydrated than normal while on an AI.
these drugs are typically associated with less bloating for one simple reason, they are viewed as 'cutting' drugs and when one is cutting, one eats less hence the mythology continues.
one thing, and one thing only, will make your stomach bloat and thats a heavy bulky calorie laden meal

i disagree, why start something before you ever know if you need or not? he is time enough if he gets tender nips afew weeks in, no unwanted gyno will have set in, in that time frame.

im sure i can keep my stomach from bloating, but i have seen some guys that bloat so bad in the face and neck it looks painful....AI wont help that either ? is that type of bloating diet related also ? can you help with the bloating by just taking water pills for bloating ?
