I'm interested in finding tested supplements or products to help me GET TO SLEEP better and/or help me STAY ASLEEP through the night. I don't want to be using sleeping pills since you can become dependent and they probably aern't good for your body, especially if you are cycling. I am planning a cut and worry the products will make it harder to sleep. I'm not an insomniac now but I have disturbed sleep. I usually have to get up twice a night to go to the bathroom but i don't know how much that effects sleep cycles. I plan to go on a BodyOpus diet during my 8 week cut.
