I'm on deca 500 wk. Sustenon 750 wk. .about 8 weeks in. ...feeling a lil sore on nipples but not directly behind nipple. More like an inch to the outside of each. Real sore in same spot.. it feels more like a fat deposit but I'm not sure. Could this be gyno starting. ?

which ai are you running and how often, yes that sounds like the beginning of gyno but you can get it under control

I would lower the Deca and get on Nolva immediately at 40mg Ed until sides dissapear, then 10mg Ed. Your AI should be controlling estrogen, but it may be prolactin based gyno...

Thanks to this site and vets that have done this shit since before I was born I learned that running a Ai is a great preventative measure.

If I lose the ability to get a an additional 5Lbs. of Lbm but not have bitch tits - That is very worthy trade off.


I been taking my Ai eod since I started my cycle. I kicked it down to every 2 days. After 2 weeks a had a very slight itch on my chest and imminently kicked to ED. The itch went away and I went back to EOD.
