Hey just wondering while dieting which do you guys think is best and why? I have been told either are fine by bodybuilders at my gym but always throught brown was best. Even though basmati has a fairly good gi. What's your thoughts?

If your cutting then I would use Basmati, lower GI
I use brown basmati. Best of both worlds.
The brown vs white rice topic has been beat to death on here but the answer is it doesn't matter.

Tastes the best aswell (when compared to brown rice)
