My new toy is on the way... Healthy cheat meals

Just ordered a new addition for my kitchen...

Its a 160,000 BTU (47KW) Wok Burner and it is going to be the way forward for me as far as healthy cheat meals go...

Its worth considering guys as you can make some really decent meals this way that taste great and are pretty dam lean...

I know that this is going to take my wok food to the next level and will help to curb my cravings when trying to eat clean. Will let you know how it goes when I get it.

Ive attached a pic of the one I have bought.

This is a video of a similar rated burner just with less power (119K BTU), still a lot of power tho!

nice, another thing that you may want to look into an infrared fryer. it is a grease-less fryer and tastes just like it has been fried. my step dad cooks our turkey every year in it and it is FIYA!

U dont need to go as mad as me either... You can get lower powered ones that run off natural gas as well.

not sure, all that was ever cooked in one was a big turkey, couple of chickens, or some stuffed ducks. it looks just like a turkey fryer except it is all infrared. i can imagine if the air flow is good is enough, it could make for some real crispy chips/fries
