A quick run down of my story. In march I severely dislocated my shoulder and had to get surgery to fix my labrum tears. I was out of the gym all summer. During that time I found out my insurance would cover a mild glandular case of gyno... So i got that sept 1st.
After months of sitting on the couch, painkillers, antibiotics, crappy diet, and a few too many beers... I went down to 170 5'10 12-14% bf.
Sept 15th I got back to the gym, quit the booze, and got on a strick mass building diet. I am currently laid off; which sucks a lot. However it does allow me to eat and sleep whenever needed.
Sept 26th through now I am running : 160mcg of clen; ECA stack
It def. helped me from packing on a ton of fat while bulking.
I am now 200 15-16% bf.
I just turned 26.... I have to AS cycles under my belt from when I was 18-19. Both were 12 wk 500mg test eth; 40mg dbol 4wk.
My goal is to get another 10 lbs while maintaining my current bf%... considering a cycle for March.
P.S. I am new to this forum but I was a fitnessboard.com rat for many years.
