    Ok- ok relax fellas,i get it!!!

    This is to all members that I seem to have offended. As absurd as I feel the reactions to be, I do offer my sincere apology for bumping 10 yr old threads.
    I had a bad case of insomnia and was looking at old threads to compare the difference in what is preached today as to what was preached ten years ago.
    I got bored and started goofing around posting on the old threads. I didnt realize it would cause such a reaction given some of the stupid threads that are started here on a daily basis.
    With that being said I enjoy this forum and all it has to offer, educationally as well as "entertainment" and will in the future refrain from bumping old threads unless I feel they warrant reading or discussing again.

    I do this sometimes too. It is interesting to see how opinions/science/myths change over time.

    It is fine to bump an old thread if you have an interest or feel other would benifet from reading it or just have a question about something in the thread.

    What we do not like is when you just bump old threads to up your post count...
