Nolva Only PCT

I'm doing an 10 week Test E 250 mg (Testoviron Depot) cycle. Is a liquid Nolva only PCT (40/40/20/20) enough? Also any Diet advice during the PCT?

You should be fine with a test only cycle, especially at such a low dosage. I think your PCT starts 14 days after. I've been reading that the first two weeks 40mg, then last two weeks 20mg on nolv is perfect. I don't see clomid being necessary unless your your testes got smaller.

I like to go with both nolva and clomid, but with this cycle nolva only you should still be fine. Are you going to use any ai like aromasin during your cycle?

250/wk won't do very much

clomid n nolva pct would be beneficial

Tamox alone is fine, but I like to add wither Tore or Clomid.

20mg/ED Tamox, 40mg/ED week 1.
