Try injecting IM vet grade HCG... Chorulon... used that during my cycle and before PCT

Basically this is how it happened:

Me, sliding the needle into my vastus lateralis "Heh... love injecting this way... not pain at all"
Me, injecting the first 0.1 ml "AAAWW God dang I can't stand this!! AAArrggHHH"
Then I spent injecting the rest 0.9 ml screaming like a school girl and after that I had tears in my eyes.
I had a limp leg for the next 3 days.

Then I started injecting it SC and everything went better than expected
