need post cycle recommendation

I wanted to start a 12 wk cycle

week 1-12 test e 500mg/wk (2 shot of 250)
week 1-4 dbol 30mg everyday

what should my post cycle look like?

i already have the test e and dbol, i also got liquid exemestane, not sure about what dosage to use that with.

Usually nolva / clomid combo works fine ...

hey guys . im really newb in these stuff. I would like to know how the PCT works and wht happens if i dont take it. 2nd question is after i finish my first cycle , do i need to wait for a certain time til i start my 2nd cycle or i can jus keep going? right now im on Dbol,T400 and Deca and im on my 2nd month. i have one more month to go. when do i start PCT?
