I did a 12 week test E 500mg cycle and everything went fine. I was gaining good size and strength. After the cycle I did PCT of 50mg clomid and 25mg nolva each day. It's been 2 weeks already since the PCT.
I eat a good amount of food every day, same as on cycle, around 2500 calories and 170 grams of protein.
I have loss a lot of strength endurance and size and was wondering if a 2 week PCT was good enough. I heard of the loading/reloading method and was wondering if that is okay. This is my first cycle. I'm just really frustrated on the decreased strength and it makes me lose motivation in the gym, that's why I'm wondering if a 2 week PCT is good enough.

I loss 20 lbs on bench and 12 pounds of weight. What is weird is that I look the same size (a tad bit smaller). Thanks for any help!
