Proviron with fat.
All 17aa orals without fat (their oral bioavailability is high enough that ingesting them with fatty food can only lower absorption, as some of the compound will dissolve into the fat and be transported through the digestive system intact).

I suggest taking them with food, it can be taken throughout the day or all at once. I have not seen difference either way. Taking them on an empty stomach for me causes lots of heart burn and kills my appetite. Also, be careful if drinking grapefruit juice depending on subs or medication you might be taking at the time.

I always take on full stomach... And that seems to be the most common. Not sure why, but me personally empty stomachs no good.

Personal preference really,,,whatever works best for you. I like empty stomach myself.
