But they can also be festivals, which play electronic music, they look great to me.
I love loud and choppy sound.
And nothing better than trying to get aesthetics at such an event. The New Orleans Carnival must also be wonderful. What time of year is this party going on?

If you are in Manhattan on a friday night after work, try the Inkwell. Great early party. Packed by 6PM

For late night crowd, try the Sugarhill in Bed Stuy Brooklyn. Gets crowded about 12:30 AM. Its just about all women in there.

It is. Great music and an awesome ratio of women to men. Like 10:1 ratio. Dudes dont like to spend the money to buy drinks at the bar, so they dont go, and the ladies all have their birthday parties there, so there are large groups of women just drunk and frustrated because there are almost no men to dance with. Its a winning combination.

America is a more diverse place than than the whole of Europe but if you only want to go somplace where you can go broke having a hell of a good time, there's only one Vegas (and they ain't making no more).
The only down-side to Vegas is that prostitution isn't legal in the city. But there are legal brothels elsewhere in Nevada, and they'll send their limo to your hotel in Vegas to pick you up.

Sorry to say, but I have a gangload of experience in that arena, and I would have to say that the best fucks I ever paid for were here in Europe (Eastern Europe). It seems that gettin GFE here is quite standard. Whereas, back in the day, Thailand, the P.I. and pretty much all of Asia, the chicks gave you what you paid for, and they made it all feel like that too...
Columbia had some great ass available, as I was deployed there on numerous occassions throughout the late 80's.
In my limited experience, unless you are Tiger Woods, or Charlie Sheen (anybody know if his ass is still drawing breat), you are going to be disappointed with the quality of the purchaseable ass in the USA.

Not at all, but any place that doesn't have legal (or at least tacitly tolerated) prostitution doesn't have a full ray of array of entertainment services on offer.
The way I see it, any woman who isn't butt-ugly (and some who are) can land in any city on the planet and get laid by a different guy every night they're there. But men in general don't have that same opportunity unless there's sex for sale. In that sense, prostitution is just Equal Opportunity for men.
Vegas also has world-class theater of every stripe, world-class dining, the biggest combat sports events on the planet, now they have a professional football team, some of the plushest hotels on the planet, and there are incredible nature tours of the surrounding desert (copter tours of the Grand Canyon, for one).
And I didn't even mention gambling.
